Cx-HT HIGH-TEMPERATURE AMPLIFIER
Spectroscopy at high temperatures,
integrated Bias-Tee
The Cx-HT High-Temperature Amplifier is a spectroscopic charge integrating amplifier with a semi-Gaussian signal shape. It can be operated at temperatures up to 180° C. The Cx-HT High-Temperature Amplifier is made for nuclear fusion diagnostics in Tokamak environments and for geodetical applications.
The Cx-HT is used for precision spectroscopy in high-temperature environments, up to 180° C.

ADDITIONAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Cx-HT High-Temperature Amplifier, as shown in the picture for 100 fC input charge, has a semi-Gaussian signal shape with 380 ns FWHM.

The amplifier allows a capacitive load of up to 200 pF. It is made to be installed with the detector in high-temperature environments, such as geodetic applications.
The Cx-HT High-Temperature Amplifier has a gain of 2.9 mV/fC. The response of the amplifier is linear up to 200 fC input charge, which corresponds to 15 MeV in diamond.

The linearity is not influenced by the environmental temperature, as shown in the graph showing the Cx-HT electronic calibration for different temperatures.
The response of the Cx-HT amplifier is stable as function of temperature. The signal amplitude does not change, as shown in the example with 12.8 MeV equivalent input energy.

The Cx-HT has an integrated, high-temperature compatible Bias-Tee to allow the readout of detectors on the HV side.
